Items can be listed on consignment on this page for a minimal charge as listed below:

Consignors (sellers of items) pay a monthly fee in advance and provide us with a picture and item description to put on the Site. The consignor's E-mail address is listed with the item for sale, so that any interested buyers may contact the consignor. The seller and buyer may then deal on the item directly.
The L.A. Gallery is not responsible for any items bought or sold through our Site. We simply provide a classified section for consignment art to be advertised. Shipping costs and final sale price are the responsibility of the seller. All sales are final; there will be no refunds or exchanges.
Please inform L.A. Gallery upon sale of an item from this page, so that we can mark it as sold to avoid unnecessary correspondence between buyers and seller. Listings must be paid for in advance. Listings run from the first of the month to the last day of the month. To avoid removal of unsold items from the Site at the end of each month, the next month's fee must be paid before the first of the upcoming month. No refunds will be given for partial months. All listings are for one full month.
