The inspiration for this painting came when Tyler was traveling west of Jasper, Alberta in the spring of 1995. "Sundown" captures the beauty of the mountains, elk and sunset that can be seen anywhere in the Rockies. The warm glow from the sunset make this a spectacular painting.
